Job Title: Beauty Advisor - Flex

As a Beauty Advisor at Sephora, you will be part of a team that values your unique skills and passion for beauty. Your role will be to create personalized experiences for every client, helping them discover the power of beauty.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized beauty consultations to understand clients' beauty goals and recommend products that help them look and feel their best.
  • Demonstrate product application techniques and skincare routines to showcase your expertise.
  • Stay current with the latest beauty trends and new products at Sephora.
  • Deliver exceptional client service by creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all clients.
  • Participate in sales and promotional events to drive business growth.
  • Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and smoothly operating store environment.
Qualifications/Experience:
  • Prior equivalent work experience in retail, preferably with a passion for client service and beauty.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
  • Resilience and ability to react to situations in the moment.
  • Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
  • Consistent and reliable attendance.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
