About the Role

As a Geriatric Nursing Assistant, you'll provide empathetic care to residents in post-acute facilities, helping with activities of daily living, observing and monitoring conditions, and communicating with family members and visitors. You'll also have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including nursing homes and assisted living facilities.

To be successful in this role, you'll need to be a certified nursing assistant (CNA) with a Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) certification. You'll also need to be fluent in medical terminology and nursing care procedures.
