Job Responsibilities:

As an LPN with IntelyCare, you will be responsible for providing compassionate nursing care to patients in post-acute facilities, including:

  • Monitoring patients' physical and mental conditions and tracking their vital signs.
  • Performing resident intakes, documenting medical histories, and tracking health concerns.
  • Administering and verifying medications, tracking their use and effects.
  • Cultivating a comfortable and safe facility for residents.
  • Tracking medical records and charts.
  • Assisting with the setup of IVs, immunizations, and phlebotomy procedures.
  • Maintaining medical supplies and inventory.
Qualifications and Skills:

To be considered for this LPN position, you must have:

  • A current New Jersey state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
  • Completion of an approved LPN educational program.
  • A high school diploma or GED (or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as an LPN or in a related role.
