Russell Tobin & Associates is currently looking for a Systems Business Analyst.
Employment Type: Contract/Hybrid
Pay Rate: $72-$82/hr, DOE
Key Responsibilities:
- In this position, you will enhance our agents' tool interactions through swift prototyping, agile methodologies, and synchronized releases.
- We require an individual with a successful history of implementing new technologies and experiences on a large scale within a platform and services-oriented framework.
- A proven ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, including technologists, product managers, engineers, and senior leadership, is essential.
- Facilitate collaborative design sessions to clarify and refine defined experience requirements.
- Create functional and/or non-functional prototypes to achieve alignment and acceptance.
- Develop and implement innovative solutions at scale to support or customize expert experiences, ensuring compliance with enterprise development standards.
- Compose user stories within an Agile project framework, including clear acceptance criteria and considering dependencies on other stories and/or initiatives.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge and practical experience in configuration and/or development on the Salesforce platform.
- Salesforce Admin certification is mandatory.
- Experience with Agile development practices and methodologies.
- Demonstrated expertise in leading cross-functional teams to ensure timely launches.
Preferred Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Salesforce Sales Cloud certification.
- Salesforce Service Cloud certification.
