The Label Production Specialist is tasked with setting up and operating the Rotoflex Rewinder to rewind, inspect, and finalize labels according to specified work instructions.


Key Responsibilities:

Essential Duties:
Adhere to standard operating procedures to guarantee product quality and safety.

Continuously monitor the Rotoflex Rewinder during operation to detect any issues or malfunctions.

Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery.

Package finished products in accordance with specifications.

Comply with CGMP and ISO standards.

Utilize hand tools and equipment to assemble components as necessary.

Maintain a tidy and organized workspace; uphold housekeeping standards.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent.

A minimum of one year of experience in rewinding operations is required.

Strong mechanical aptitude is essential.

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; must be capable of lifting/moving up to 50 pounds with or without mechanical assistance.

Regular exposure to noise, dust, odors, and oils is expected.

Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Familiarity with safety procedures and guidelines related to machinery operation is necessary.
