We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Telehealth Speech Therapist to join our team at ProCare Therapy in Idaho.

As a Telehealth Speech Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with students and make a significant impact on their lives by providing personalized therapy plans and assessments. About the Role:

  • Conduct virtual speech and language assessments and evaluations to identify areas of improvement for students.
  • Develop and implement tailored therapy plans to cater to the unique needs of each student.
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Record and track student progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
  • Provide guidance and support to families and caregivers to empower them to play an active role in their child's therapy journey.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Idaho Teaching Certification (optional) and SLP license required.
  • ASHA CCC-SLP Certification is a must-have for this position.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience working with students who have communication disorders.
  • Prior experience in providing virtual therapy services is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Fast and reliable computer and internet connection are essential for this role.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • This is a 1099 position offering guaranteed weekly hours.
  • The hourly rate is between $45-$50, ensuring fair compensation for direct and indirect hours, planning periods, and more.
  • School hours provide a stable schedule for your work-life balance.
  • Clinical and technical teams are readily available for support whenever needed.
