Position Overview:

A Customer Service Booth employee plays a vital role in assisting patrons and managing the front-line operations. Responsibilities may encompass handling a point of sale system, packaging products, responding to inquiries, selling financial instruments, processing returns, reconciling cash drawers, and, above all, delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example: ensure friendly, prompt, and efficient service to customers.
  • Support customers with inquiries and requests.
  • Manage point of sale transactions - ringing up purchases, providing change, and balancing cash drawers.
  • Assist with front-line operations.
  • Handle incoming phone calls.
  • Facilitate the sale of financial instruments.
  • Process product returns.
  • Reconcile and balance cash drawers.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and displays.
  • Comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Report to work as scheduled and punctually.
Qualifications:

Essential Skills:
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Previous experience is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, 20 pounds frequently, and 10 pounds consistently to manage products.
  • Must be capable of safely operating necessary equipment.
Work Environment:

This position is situated in a dynamic and fast-paced work setting.
