Aircraft Technician

As an Aircraft Mechanic, you will be part of a team working to provide outstanding products and services to our customers. This position is responsible for inspecting, testing, adjusting, repairing, and performing other tasks related to the maintenance and repair of airframe and engine systems and components.
Key Responsibilities:- Performs inspections, servicing, and repairs of a complex nature on various aircraft systems and components
- Efficiently and effectively troubleshoots and function tests referencing manufacturer's technical documents across a variety of airframe, engine, and component systems
- Leads aircraft projects as directed by the Crew Chief and Supervisor
- Expertly prepares and completes various documents for maintenance/modification record keeping purposes, as required by FAA Airworthiness Regulations, Elliott Aviation Policies and Processes, FAA Approved Repair Station and Quality Control Manuals, and personal training logs (OJT)
- Proficiently and consistently locates and uses the appropriate technical data to accomplish any and all tasks
- Supports, maintains, and complies with all Federal, OSHA, State, and local regulations, and Elliott Aviation's Environmental, Health, and Safety Policies and Processes
- Performs related duties, as assigned
- Airframe & Powerplant Certificate required
- Ability to attain & retain AOA badge or Airport requirements
- FAA Inspection Authorization (IA) preferred
- Must obtain & retain designation as an Elliott Aviation Production Inspector (Blue stamp)
- High school graduate or equivalency degree required
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of FARs 43, 65, 91, 135, 145
- 8+ years of corporate aviation experience required
