About the Role:
Incremedical Therapy Solutions LLC is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team in our outpatient clinics. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Instruct and motivate patients to learn and improve functional activities.
- Timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
- Observe patients during treatments and compile data on their responses to treatment and progress.
- Fits patients for, adjusts, and trains them in the use and care of orthopedic braces, prostheses, and supportive devices.
- Confers with physical therapy staff and other healthcare team members to exchange, discuss, and evaluate patient information for planning, modifying, and coordinating treatment programs.
- Provides orientation to new Physical Therapist Assistants and directs and gives instructions to Physical Therapy Technicians.
Requirements:
- Graduation from a physical therapy school accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).
- Licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Georgia or ability to obtain licensure.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification in accordance with the American Heart Association.
