Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify individual needs and develop personalized care plans.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver high-quality ICU level care, prioritizing tasks and communicating effectively with patients and families.
  • Maintain a calm demeanor and assist in crisis situations, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for patients and staff.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess a BSN degree, current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of California, and American Heart Association BLS and PALS certification. You should also have experience working in critical care environments, with a strong understanding of cardiac and cardiovascular conditions.
