Job SummaryChick-fil-A of Stuart is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to join our team.

This role is responsible for receiving daily supply trucks, organizing and maintaining inventory, and processing credit requests for missing items.

Benefits include competitive pay, starting at $15/hour, with guaranteed raises every two months for tenure, and up to an additional $60/hour for exceptional performance. Tenure-based raises continue until $20/hour is reached, with performance-based raises continuing until $22/hour is reached.

We also offer a 401(k) plan with profit sharing for qualified employees, paid time off for employees with one year of tenure, and a closed Sunday policy to ensure a healthy work-life balance.

Responsibilities include:

  • Receiving and organizing daily product deliveries
  • Ensuring all ordered product is delivered per invoice
  • Communicating any shortages to the CFA team and delivery company
  • Shelving all product neatly
  • Breaking down and disposing of empty product boxes
  • Performing other general tasks to support the team as requested by the manager

Developmental opportunities include placing daily product orders, stepping into a role in our award-winning kitchen, and stepping into a role as Inventory Manager leading the inventory team. We are committed to developing talent and providing opportunities for growth within the company.

Requirements include being available to work 5am-2pm, with a minimum of three mornings per week, and being at least 18 years old due to labor law requirements. Ability to speak Spanish is a plus to facilitate communication with our Miami-based delivery company.
