As a Registered Nurse with IntelyCare, you will be responsible for providing expert nursing care to patients in post-acute care facilities. Your duties will include:
- Providing individualized care to patients based on their unique needs and preferences
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
- Monitoring patient outcomes and adjusting care plans as needed
- Ensuring accurate and timely documentation of patient information
- Providing education and support to patients and their families
To be successful as a Registered Nurse with IntelyCare, you will need:
- A current Ohio state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- A diploma from an approved nursing program
- A minimum of 6 months of experience as a Registered Nurse or in a related role
- Excellent organizational and supervisory skills
- The ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
