Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our production equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment, including lubricating, cleaning, and material handling systems.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance to identify potential issues and prevent equipment downtime.
  • Read and interpret technical procedures, electrical schematics, and service manuals to perform required maintenance and service.
  • Support the installation of new equipment and assist operators with training and troubleshooting.
  • Document all repairs and maintenance activities in accordance with standard operating procedures.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; trade school or technical school degree preferred.
  • 2-4 years of maintenance, mechanical, electrical, or related experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of charts, tables, drawings, specifications, and wiring diagrams.
  • Able to inspect equipment, recognize potential problems, and take corrective action to prevent component failures or equipment downtime.
