Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Aerospace Avionics Specialist to join our team at LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions in Anchorage, Alaska.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires strong technical expertise in avionics maintenance and modifications on commercial aircraft.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Avionics Maintenance: Perform electrical and avionics-related maintenance tasks, including installing, inspecting, testing, adjusting, or repairing avionics equipment such as radar, radio, and navigation systems.
  • Aircraft Modifications: Conduct modifications to commercial aircraft, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Commercial Aircraft Experience: A minimum of 4 years of experience working on commercial aircraft is required.
  • Tools and Equipment: Must have the necessary tools and equipment to perform job duties effectively.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Willingness to perform other functions and duties assigned by managers and supervisors, as well as work any shift, including overtime (as requested).
  • Certifications and Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
  • Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site.

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
