Job Summary

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Director to lead our Specialty Pharmacy program at 1 Connect Group. As a trusted leader, you will be responsible for driving growth, developing strategies, and inspiring teams to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute goals, plans, and tactics to drive continuous improvement in the size and profitability of our Specialty Pharmacy program.
  • Team Development: Inspire, develop, and motivate on-site teams of specialty pharmacists, liaisons, and other staff to meet and exceed goals, fostering high patient and provider satisfaction.
  • Relationship Building: Own the relationship between our organization and partner leadership and pharmacy teams, ensuring seamless collaboration.
  • Project Management: Direct project management for all initiatives at our partner health system site related to Specialty Pharmacy development, covering planning, development, and timely project execution.
  • Operational Excellence: Provide expertise to identify improvements in pharmacy operations, guaranteeing the delivery of top-notch service within our Specialty Pharmacy.
  • Professional Development: Keep your job expertise within Specialty Pharmacy current by actively participating in educational forums and professional organizations, representing both the partner and 1 Connect Group.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with our corporate resources to leverage subject matter expertise and obtain the necessary resources to execute and exceed your plans.

Requirements

  • Education: Pharmacist with PharmD or BS Pharm required. MBA or other business degree preferred.
  • Experience: 7+ years in pharmacy with relevant experience. Doctorate (Plus residency if non-pharmacy related): 5+ years with relevant pharmacy experience.
  • Certifications: Must be registered as a Pharmacist with the Board of Pharmacy in the client's state of residence (multi-state licensure preferred). Must have or be willing to complete the 340B Operations Certificate Program within six months of employment.
