Job Overview

Schneider is seeking experienced CDL-A Team Van Truckload truck drivers for our holiday incentive program. As a team driver, you'll enjoy a variety of benefits, including:

Our team drivers will operate dry van trailers with 95% no-touch freight, driving within all 48 states. You'll also enjoy our Team Pet Policy, which allows you to bring your furry friends along on the road.

Pay and Bonus Potential

As a Schneider team driver, you'll have the opportunity to earn:

  • Holiday pay incentives: Up to $2,100 while working November 2024-December 2024
  • Mileage pay: Plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving
  • Weekly paychecks: You'll receive regular paychecks, so you can plan your finances with confidence
  • Weekly performance pay: Earn extra pay for meeting performance goals
  • Paid orientation: Get paid while you learn the ropes
  • Paid time off: After 6 months, you'll receive paid time off, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year
  • Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year
Qualifications

To be eligible for this position, you'll need:

  • A valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
