Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall operation of the Warehouse, including receiving and storing materials, managing inventory, and ensuring the efficient shipping of finished products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the shipping manager in identifying work procedures and expediting workflow.
  • Examine work for exactness, neatness, and conformance to policies and procedures.
  • Study and standardize procedures to improve efficiency of workers.
  • Maintain harmony among workers and resolve grievances.
  • Ensure correct shipment of orders.
  • Assist employees with work process problems.
  • Ensure all quality control measures, departmental procedures, and company policies are followed within the warehouse.

Requirements:

  • 5 or more years of experience supervising a staff of at least 2 or more employees.
  • Strong and effective leadership skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, able to prioritize responsibilities and multi-task.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with multiple departments and customers.
  • Detail orientated and excellent analytical and project management skills.
  • Intermediate Microsoft office skills (excel, word, power point).
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
