Job Description

At Harmonious Hiring LLC, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for receiving daily work assignments from the supervisor and executing them efficiently.

  • You will update systems with freight details, order processing, and shipment information in a timely manner.
  • Your primary focus will be on processing customer orders accurately and on time, ensuring seamless delivery to our clients.
  • You will verify shipments for accuracy and generate detailed reports on shipment results.
  • In addition, you will manage daily orders and delegate tasks to warehouse temporary staff effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate with team members and warehouse temporary staff are essential for success in this role.
  • As a Warehouse Operations Specialist, you will also report all shipped orders to customers on a daily basis and perform daily housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean working environment.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
  • You should have a basic understanding of inventory systems and processes.
  • We prefer candidates with strong computer skills, proficiency in MS Excel and MS Outlook, and bilingual proficiency in Korean and English.
