Nursing Assistant Role at Hudsonview Center

Are you passionate about providing exceptional care to seniors in a rehabilitation and healthcare setting? We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Hudsonview Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare.

About the Role:

As a CNA, you will be responsible for providing routine nursing care, including bathing, dressing, and assisting with daily activities. You will also play a vital role in promoting a positive and supportive atmosphere within our facility.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent patient care, adhering to established policies and procedures.
• Assist residents with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Transport residents to therapy, activities, and appointments as needed.
• Respond promptly to resident call lights and address their needs in a timely manner.
• Participate in in-service educational programs and on-the-job training to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Maintain accurate records of resident care and report any changes or concerns to the Charge Nurse or Director of Nurses.

Requirements:

• Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is required.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Patience, tact, and a cheerful disposition are essential for this role.
• Willingness to handle residents with various maturity levels and abilities.
