Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Busser to join our team at Arlo Chicago. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will play a vital role in ensuring a clean and organized dining experience for our guests.

This is a full-time hourly position in the heart of Chicago, Illinois, offering a competitive hourly rate of $11.20 per hour, with biweekly pay. In addition, employees will receive a comprehensive benefit package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.

Responsibilities
  • Clear and reset tables promptly, ensuring proper table setup for each guest
  • Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to tables
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of all dining areas, including wiping and sanitizing tables, chairs, and all other surfaces
  • Restock and replenish supplies, such as silverware, glasses, and napkins throughout the shift
  • Assist in trash and recycling removal, as well as maintaining cleanliness in the back-of-house areas
  • Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service and a smooth dining experience for guests
  • Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper handling and storage of food and cleaning chemicals
  • Assist with other duties as needed, including helping with food prep, taking food to-go orders, and fulfilling guest requests
Requirements
  • Prior experience in a similar role preferred, but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining attention to detail and excellent customer service
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to lift to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and pass a background check
