About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at RISE INC FAMILY. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in providing speech and language therapy to young children through adulthood.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete assessments and therapy plans for participants, including goals for improvement
  • Provide therapy evaluations and reports to participants, families, and medical providers
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive services
  • Record data and monitor progress to determine effectiveness of therapy
  • Complete bi-annual progress reports and annual evaluation reports
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology
  • Licensure by the Speech and Hearing Services Licensure Board
  • Certificate of clinical competence in speech-language pathology from ASHA or eligibility within one year of employment
  • Ability to pass a background check
