Crisis Support Specialist II

Job PurposeAs a Crisis Support Specialist at Aspire Health Partners, your role will be to provide essential functions to assess, diagnose, and refer individuals seeking mental health or substance abuse services. Your responsibilities will include registering clients in the Electronic Health Record, completing biopsychosocial assessments, assigning accurate DSM-5 diagnoses, verbally de-escalating clients in crisis, providing referrals to appropriate internal and external programs, communicating effectively with other departments, and following program-specific protocols.
Qualifications- Master's Degree in Social Services or Psychology preferred
- Telephonic Assessors may have Bachelor's Degree in Social Services
- Superior communication and documentation abilities, including concurrent note taking
- 1 year working with target population
- Pass a Level II Background clearance
