PRN Healthcare Services is seeking a skilled Travel Nurse RN Labor and Delivery to join our team in Bel Air, Maryland.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Travel Nurse RN Labor and Delivery to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Travel Nurse RN Labor and Delivery, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care to patients in the Labor and Delivery department, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to patients in the Labor and Delivery department, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patient responses to interventions.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by promoting open communication, teamwork, and a culture of safety.
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Maryland.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Labor and Delivery nursing.
  • Ability to work 36 hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information with discretion.
