Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests warmly and ensure their dining experience is exceptional.
  • Prepare and cook food according to brand and health standards.
  • Stock and assist with food orders as needed.
  • Clean and sanitize all restaurant, kitchen surfaces, and guest areas.
  • Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service.
  • Respond to complaints and help resolve them.
  • Maintain knowledge of rotating menu and health safety standards.
  • Provide excellent guest service and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Report any maintenance issues with kitchen appliances and equipment to management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Ability to provide top-notch guest service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with all staff.
  • Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
  • Ability to safely lift and maneuver trays of food when necessary.
  • Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions for clarification if needed.
  • Ability to work in a busy restaurant environment.
  • Learn and execute all food and safety policies and laws.
  • Must be flexible and adaptable to change.
  • Perform other duties and tasks as assigned or requested.
