About the Role:In this key role, you will provide high-quality anesthetic care to patients undergoing surgical procedures. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring the safety and comfort of our patients. With a strong focus on patient-centered care, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement individualized anesthesia plans for patients undergoing surgical procedures.
- Conduct thorough anesthetic assessments and ensure accurate documentation.
- Administer anesthetic medications and manage patient sedation.
- Collaborate with surgeons and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in ongoing education and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
- Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia training program completing requirements for MSN or DNP.
- Current certification/recertification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist.
- Valid Pennsylvania RN license.
- Current BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications.
- Minimum of two years' experience as a CRNA (exceptional candidates considered).
Our salary range for this position is $190,000 - $230,000 per year, based on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including sign-on bonus, CME allowance, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
