Job Title: Senior Psychometrician

Global Skills Exchange (GSX) is seeking a highly skilled Senior Psychometrician to join our team. As a Senior Psychometrician, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering assessments and certification programs for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain test blueprints and frameworks
  • Manage and supervise psychometric analysis of exams
  • Lead meetings with clients to gather information and provide technical support
  • Develop and implement certification programs
  • Monitor projects to identify and mitigate risks

Requirements:

  • 11 years of experience managing projects and client expectations
  • Active Secret clearance, TS/SCI
  • Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or a related field

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Institute for Credentialing Excellence Credentialing Specialist
  • Knowledge of certification development processes
  • Experience in the Defense and Intelligence community

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
