Company Overview:
Hallmark US Springboard is a leading provider of greeting cards, gift wrap, and other social expression products. We are seeking a skilled Retail Sales Representative to join our team in Gloversville, NY.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for representing the world's best-known greeting card brand and playing a crucial role in merchandising, creating, and building displays within your territory for a positive shopper experience.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a high level of energy and urgency to meet the demands of this physically demanding job.

Salary:
Our estimated salary range for this position is between $15.00 - $16.50 per hour, depending on shift and location. This is a part-time position with a variable schedule during the work week, requiring approximately 10-13 hours of work per week.

Job Description:
As a Retail Sales Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Performing service work in the Hallmark department of various retail stores, including grocery stores, drug stores, department stores, and mass retailers.
  2. Restocking, organizing, and monitoring inventory of Hallmark products within and outside the Hallmark department using a mobile device provided by Hallmark.
  3. Providing professional and courteous interaction with store employees, management, and customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you must be at least 18 years old, able to read, write, and understand English, and have access to a Wi-Fi network and the internet. You should also have reliable transportation to report to assigned locations and be able to operate hand-held technology provided by Hallmark.
