About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Dishwasher to join our team at Kura Sushi USA in Scarsdale. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain our automated dishwashing system
• Ensure all dishes, utensils, and equipment are cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards
• Work collaboratively with our kitchen team to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment an asset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of food safety standards and restaurant cleanliness procedures
