Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement formulations for Process Cheese products that meet customer specifications and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of formulations and product launches.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements.
  • Provide technical assistance and training to formulations personnel to ensure they are equipped to meet the demands of the role.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our formulations remain competitive and compliant.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Dairy Science, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in formulations, research, or operations.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop technical personnel.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
