Payroll Specialist

At Esri, we're committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace where employees from different backgrounds and experiences can thrive. As a Multistate Payroll Expert, you'll play a critical role in supporting our fast-paced Accounting Department.

With a strong background in high-volume payroll experience, preferably with a top-tier HCM payroll system, you'll be responsible for processing semi-monthly multi-state payroll, entering garnishments, timesheet adjustments, and other one-time changes to payroll, resolving payroll discrepancies, and performing audits to ensure accuracy of payroll.

We're looking for a self-starter who is able to use sound business judgment in carrying out assigned tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Excel, and Access, is a must. A strong attention to detail, customer service skills, and ability to work with strict deadlines are also essential.
