Child Psychologist Opportunity in Johnson City, TN

We are seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Child Psychologist to join our team in Johnson City, TN.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 per year
About the RoleThis is a full-time opportunity to work with a talented team in a dynamic environment. As a Child Psychologist, you will be responsible for conducting evidence-based brief assessments and interventions in accordance with the primary care behavioral health model of integrated care.
You will serve as a consultant to multidisciplinary team members to support decision-making and provision of care to patients with comorbid medical, emotional, or behavioral concerns.
Additional responsibilities include providing medical inpatient consultation-liaison services for patients admitted to the hospital, facilitating referrals to community-based programs and services as needed, and completing clinical documentation within an electronic medical record system.
Secondary Focus: Program Development and Evaluation
As a key member of our team, you will provide training and education about integrated behavioral health care to physicians, nurses, patient service representatives, medical students, residents, and others.
You will also assist in the development and implementation of clinical pathways for accessibility and utilization of integrated behavioral health services by all providers and subspecialties.
Furthermore, you will participate in program evaluation and data-driven quality improvement projects.
Requirements- Doctor of Philosophy in Psychology (PhD) or Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD) from an APA-accredited institution
- Completion of a one-year postdoctoral fellowship in child or pediatric psychology
