Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Chardon, Ohio. As a Physical Therapist at FOX Rehabilitation, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients and contribute to our mission-driven organization.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services in a 1:1 setting to help abolish ageism
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices
Requirements
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
- Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
- Basic computer literacy skills and current CPR certification
