Pallet Repair Specialist

CHEP is a leading provider of pallet and container solutions, and we're seeking a skilled Pallet Repair Operator to join our team. As a Pallet Repair Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our pallets, which are used by some of the world's biggest brands.
Key Responsibilities:- Repair and assemble pallets using pneumatic nail guns and other equipment
- Inspect pallets for defects and irregularities
- Meet daily production targets and maintain high levels of efficiency and productivity
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while operating machinery
- 2+ years of experience working in an industrial, fast-moving setting with industrial machinery
- Familiarity with the operation and maintenance of production tools such as pneumatic nail guns
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Ability to work flexible in an ever-changing environment
- $21/hour starting wage (+$1 differential for 3rd shift)
- Performance incentives for excess repairs
- Weekly pay with direct deposit
