Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing clinical patient services and support within the location. This includes conducting patient assessments, setting up and maintaining respiratory equipment, and providing education to patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Set up and maintain respiratory equipment, including ventilators and oxygen therapy devices
- Provide education to patients and their families on respiratory care and disease management
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care
- High school diploma or equivalent required; credentials as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) preferred
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
- Ability to lift and transport patient equipment as needed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
