Pantry Specialist - Cooper Restaurants

To portion, prepare and assemble all cold food items offered in the restaurant. The ideal candidate will accomplish all food preparation, cooking methods, procedures, and timing to ensure that all food products meet specifications and quality standards.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $50,000 - $60,000. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer health, dental, and vision coverage after 30 days of employment, vacation pay up to 80 hours annually, employee meal discounts, and recognition awards.

• Prepare and portion all cold food items according to recipes and presentation standards
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food production and timely delivery of orders

• Bachelor's degree in culinary arts or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1-2 years of experience in a commercial kitchen environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
