Responsibilities
  • Conduct ultrasound examinations using various modalities, including abdominal, obstetric, and vascular ultrasound
  • Prepare patients for examinations, explaining procedures and answering questions
  • Operate ultrasound equipment, adjusting settings as needed to obtain high-quality images
  • Analyze images and provide preliminary results to physicians
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans
Requirements
  • Current certification in Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or equivalent
  • At least one year of experience in ultrasound technology
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
