Master Carpenter

We are seeking a highly skilled Finish Carpenter to join our team at MA 3. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in wood frame and finish carpentry, with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and repair various types of finish carpentry, including trim, molding, door hardware, and cabinetry.
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate installation and alignment.
• Measure, cut, and shape wood to achieve a near seamless fit.
• Install doors, windows, crown moldings, chair rail, baseboard, and other finish carpentry elements.
• Caulk and seal joints to ensure a clean finished appearance.
• Assemble and install cabinets and other built-in furniture.
• Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project completion.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Wood Frame & Finish Carpenter or similar role.
• Proficient in blueprint reading and construction estimating.
• Strong knowledge of finish carpentry techniques and tools.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and precision in measurements and installation.
