Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Forklift Driver to join our Inventory Control team at BJ's Wholesale Club. As a Forklift Driver, you will play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our inventory management processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a forklift to transport merchandise and supplies throughout the warehouse
  • Conduct and organize inventory counts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Work collaboratively with the Inventory Control team to resolve issues and improve processes
  • Process damaged or defective merchandise, following established procedures
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to company standards
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience operating a forklift and working in a warehouse environment
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
