We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at Healthcare Services Group. As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our residents and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Perform housekeeping and cleaning duties, including dusting, damp mopping, and sanitizing bathrooms and patient rooms.
- Remove and dispose of trash and recyclables in a timely and efficient manner.
- Utilize protective gear and follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and resident experience.
- Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance skills and knowledge in housekeeping and sanitation.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push/pull up to 50 pounds.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
