Position Overview
In the role of Audiovisual Systems Integration Engineer, you will be instrumental in the design, integration, and security of advanced audiovisual systems tailored for conference rooms, briefing spaces, and command centers. Your efforts will significantly influence the effectiveness of our clients' essential operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and implement audiovisual systems, encompassing broadcast video, AV over IP, video teleconferencing, voice over IP, and control systems.
- Oversee system integration, ensuring flawless functionality and interoperability.
- Establish and enforce stringent cybersecurity protocols to safeguard sensitive data.
- Develop and sustain thorough system documentation.
- Perform system testing and validation processes.
- Supervise equipment installation and cabling tasks.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver superior solutions.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred) or equivalent professional experience.
- A minimum of 6 years of pertinent experience (Bachelor's degree) or 10 years with a high school diploma and relevant certifications.
- Demonstrated expertise in audiovisual system design, integration, and troubleshooting.
- Comprehensive knowledge of AV over IP, video teleconferencing, voice over IP, and control system technologies.
- Experience with secure system implementations and architectures.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Active DoD TS/SCI clearance (preferred).
- Willingness to travel as required.
