Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Rocky Mountain Care. As a RN, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, assessing patient needs, and developing individualized care plans. You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary care team to ensure the highest level of care for our residents.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Document patient information accurately and thoroughly, in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Current, unencumbered RN license in Utah.
  • 1 year of experience in long-term care or a related field.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on patient-centered care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with the care team.

Work Schedule

  • Full-time or part-time positions available.
