We are currently seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Bar Attendant to join our team at The Benson Hotel & Faculty Club.

About the Role:

  • Mix and serve drink orders to guests in a fast-paced environment.
  • Verify age requirements and ensure compliance with state laws.
  • Develop knowledge of traditional and classy drinks, including pairings and tastes.
  • Process payments, manage inventory, and maintain cleanliness in all areas of the bar.
  • Assist with restocking and replenishing bar supplies as needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous bartending experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in the state where you reside.
  • TIPS certification and allergy awareness training are a plus.

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $11.00-$11.40 per hour, plus tips. We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain top talent.
