Physical Therapist

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our team in Wilmington, Delaware. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to adult and geriatric clients in their homes, promoting independence and improving their quality of life.
Responsibilities:- Conduct home visits to assess clients' physical needs and develop personalized care plans.
- Implement evidence-based interventions to improve clients' mobility, strength, and balance.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination.
- Document client progress and communicate with families and caregivers.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
- Current Delaware Physical Therapist license.
- Minimum one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
