About this Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Brand Ambassador to join our team at Security Industry Specialists, Inc. as a Brand Ambassador Clerk.

Job Summary:

The Brand Ambassador Clerk will represent the company and its culture through organized events and philanthropy. This role will be responsible for assisting with activities and events for employees and clients, as well as managing the company's goodwill program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Day-to-Day Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company's goodwill and employee recognition programs, including awards, baby gifts, sympathy floral arrangements, and greeting cards.
  • Coordinate Special Events: Assist with the preparation and coordination of special events, including event advertisement, contacting venues and vendors for pricing and availability, and on-site support for events.
  • Perform Other Duties: Perform other related duties and special project functions as assigned.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma: A high school diploma is required for this position.
  • Multi-Tasking Ability: Possess the ability to multi-task and handle a variety of tasks.
  • Effective Communication: Must possess the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management, including executives and VIPs.
  • Computer Proficiency: Requires computer proficiency, including office programs, project management software, and social event systems.
  • Team Player: A dependable team player with business maturity, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
