Job Title: Mammography Technologist

OneStaff Medical is seeking a skilled Mammography Technologist to join our team for a travel assignment in California.

Job Summary

The Mammography Technologist will perform specialized examinations of the breast to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of breast disease in women patients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Perform mammography examinations using digital and/or analog equipment
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of breast anatomy and pathology
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses
  • Provide exceptional patient care and education
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements
  • Current certification in mammography
  • 2+ years of experience in mammography
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
