Your Role:
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) specializing in early intervention, you will play a crucial role in implementing evidence-based strategies to understand and modify behavior in young children. Your work will be meaningful and impactful, as you guide our youngest learners toward reaching their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conducting Individualized Skill and Behavior Assessments:
You will perform comprehensive assessments utilizing tools such as VB-MAPP, Vineland, EFL, AFLS, and BRIEF to gain insights into each child's unique abilities and behavioral characteristics.
2. Developing and Overseeing Customized Treatment Plans:
Your responsibilities will include designing and closely monitoring tailored treatment plans that cater to the specific needs and goals of each child.
3. Providing Parent Coaching:
You will offer expert guidance to parents, equipping them with the knowledge and strategies necessary to support their child's development effectively.
4. Delivering Ongoing Professional Development to RBTs:
Your role will involve providing continuous training to our Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), enhancing their skills to ensure the highest quality of care for our children.
5. Assessing Child Progress through Data Analysis:
You will utilize rigorous data analysis techniques to systematically evaluate and track each child's progress, ensuring that interventions are evidence-based and adjusted for optimal outcomes.
6. Other Duties as Assigned.
Qualifications:
- BCBA certification (Required)
- Prior Payor credentialing preferred
- Ability to pass a background check (Required)
- Experience working with children with autism or other developmental delays using ABA
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to collaborate
- Professional demeanor
