Insurance Business Office Administrator

We are looking for an entrepreneurial, hardworking, consistent, and persistent individual to assist with various tasks. Job duties include handling hundreds of inbound and outbound phone calls per week, organization of materials, administrative support, record-keeping, client and producer communication, claims assistance, local deliveries, and content creation. Strong multitasking abilities are essential for this role.
This position requires normal 8AM-5PM business hours Monday through Friday with occasional evenings and Saturdays. Excellent telephone presence is crucial, and candidates must be proficient in using MAC computers, Windows PCs, and Microsoft Office. Dependable transportation is also necessary.
The successful candidate will possess a property and casualty insurance license AND a life, health, and accident insurance license, both current and in good standing with the South Carolina Department of Insurance. If these licenses are not already held, the ability to acquire them within 30 days of employment is required. A thorough understanding of the licensing process and requirements is expected.
