Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bank Teller to join our team at Bank Independent. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our cash handling processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate and efficient cash handling services to customers, including cash, deposit, and withdrawal transactions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying and meeting their financial needs through sales and service.
  • Assist customers with financial needs, offering products and services to fulfill those needs.
  • Maintain accurate records and balances, adhering to Bank Independent's policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, including training and development of new team members.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • One year of previous experience in customer service or cash handling preferred.
  • Ability to develop knowledge of Bank Independent's products, services, and processes.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and presentation skills.
Working Conditions

Work is performed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with frequent customer interactions. May require standing for long periods of time and continuous verification of accuracy.
