Job Overview

Flik Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced Culinary Expert to join their team in Framingham, MA. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $22.00 per hour.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing food and serving customers in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations. Key duties include obtaining daily production schedules, preparing items on production sheets, completing daily production worksheets, operating and cleaning equipment, and storing food items according to policy.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous culinary experience is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of HACCP guidelines and ability to maintain high levels of food safety and quality.
