Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as an automotive technician, with a focus on advanced diagnostics and repairs.
  • Certifications: ASE Master Technician certification (or equivalent) preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment, with expertise in engine, transmission, and electrical system repairs.
  • Leadership: Strong mentoring skills and the ability to lead and supervise junior technicians.
  • Customer Service: Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
